After graduating from Boston University in 2011, returning home to India, he saw ahugepotential in the Indian workforce, but a critical shortage of professional growth opportunities for employees. 

An economist-turned-techie, Arjun is passionate about using technology to solve this problem everywhere in the world and help employees reach their full potential.
